Precision Fixes—Personalizing Your Path to Success

By now, you’ve likely started the 14-day reset and are already feeling a bit lighter and more energetic. But remember, a “Manager’s Belly” (Adrenal) and “Post-Dinner Bloat” (Liver) need slightly different care. If you follow the specific tweaks for your type, you will see your results move much faster.

Here is how you can practically implement the next steps based on your specific body type:

1. The Adrenal Type (The Stress Tweak)

If you have an Adrenal shape, your body is very sensitive to stress. If you do too much intense exercise, your body might actually hold onto fat even harder.

  • The Goal: Focus on recovery and calming your nervous system. If you do this, your cortisol levels will drop, allowing your “stress belly” to finally flatten.
  • The Practical Hack: Instead of the gym, try long, relaxing walks or gentle yoga. Also, try to increase your intake of Potassium (from those 7-10 cups of veggies) and Vitamin B1 (like nutritional yeast) to help your body handle stress better.

2. The Liver Type (The Detox Tweak)

If you have a hard “potbelly,” your liver needs deep cleaning. If you do this correctly, your digestion will improve and your energy will soar.

  • The Goal: Focus on Cruciferous Vegetables (Cauliflower, Cabbage, Broccoli, Radish). These veggies are like a “scrub” for your liver.
  • The Practical Hack: While Adrenal types need more healthy fats, Liver types should keep fats moderate—about half of what an Adrenal type might eat. Stick to light fats like coconut oil or a small amount of butter/ghee rather than heavy, oily meals.

3. The Thyroid Type (The Metabolism Tweak)

If you gain weight all over, your metabolism is running slow. If you do this fix, you will stop feeling like you gain weight just by “looking at food”.

  • The Goal: Be very careful with “hidden estrogens” (like in soy or non-organic dairy) which can block your thyroid. Also, ensure you get enough Iodine.
  • The Practical Hack: If you are eating a lot of cruciferous veggies (which are good!), just make sure to add some sea kelp or iodine-rich foods to your diet to keep your thyroid supported.

4. The Ovary Type (The Hormone Tweak)

If your weight is mostly in your lower body, your focus is on balancing estrogen.

  • The Goal: Avoid foods that mimic estrogen, especially non-organic meats or soy products. If you do this, the stubborn fat on your hips and thighs will finally begin to move.
  • The Practical Hack: Similar to the Liver type, loading up on cruciferous vegetables is vital here because they help the body clear out excess “bad” estrogen.

Common Rules for Everyone:

Regardless of your type, keep these two pillars in place:

  1. Healthy Fats: Keep using ghee or coconut oil to stay full between meals.
  2. The No-Snacking Rule: If you feel hungry between meals, it simply means you need a little more fat or fiber at your previous meal.

The Bottom Line: You are no longer guessing. By matching your food and lifestyle to your body type, you are giving your body exactly what it needs to heal.
