Coach Tushar Raut is a Certified Health & Nutrition Coach recognised with Golden Coach Award by Fit Bharat Mission. An IIT graduate himself, Tushar understands the demands of academic and professional life.
Through his 6PH System, he works with IITians, doctors, government officials and other professionals to help them understand the connection between nutrition, lifestyle habits, metabolism, stress, sleep and hormonal health.
He is also a member of The Obesity Society (TOS). Driven by his mission to “Infect All with Health,” Tushar aims to empower people to take charge of their health and make healthy living a natural part of everyday life.
